The apartment is modern and very comfortably furnished and fully completed until a few weeks ago. It is located on the mezzanine floor of a quiet side street, yet we have built for your comfort noise proof windows and shutters. This is a great stay here no more obstacles. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired, or you tell us! The kitchen is perfect for a leisurely breakfast in the morning and is small and exquisite but equipped with the highest comfort and attention to detail. The master bedroom is located very spacious and quiet. Your belongings and your luggage will find enough space. If necessary, an additional person to sleep on a pull out couch. Here you can relax from the pulse of the city and dream about their impressions. In the living-room, you can dine evening and end it with a glass of wine the day. Wi-Fi and a satellite connection leave nothing to be desired. The sofa bed corresponds by its own elevated mattress part the highest standard. An extra box also offers guests who sleep in the living room plenty of storage space. In our small but fine hotel library you will find some interesting details about the city, or so some reading material. In the bathroom you can relax in the spacious shower. The bathroom has a toilet. An additional toilet is also available separately.
The in-house watercolors of the landlord make the walls of the apartment and if you like it, they are also available for purchase.
We ask our guests to use outdoor shoes in the apartment, so that we can offer all guests a special quality of living.
Tabs for the dishwasher, as well as various cleaning utensils are available. Bed linen and towels and bath towels are provided.
