My apartment offers a comfortable and stylish accommodation with excellent infrastructure. It can accommodate 4 persons (Non smoking). Adapted for Children with child seats and children’s travel cot.

Surrounded by Belvedere Castle, Central Station, Swiss Garden, House 21 (Museum of Contemporary Art), Hotel Daniel and Heeresgeschichtlichem Museum is the newly renovated, cozy apartment with 2 large rooms, hall, kitchen and bathroom with tub and toilet. It has room for 2 to 5 people: 1 double bed, 1 (pull-out) bed for 2 persons, 1 single bed. There is also a children’s travel cot for babies / toddlers. 1 work table when you have to work.

This nice apartment is newly renovated, bright, fully furnished, z. T. decorated in 50s style and equipped with everything you need in everyday life: spacious living room with well equipped kitchen, sofa for reading and relaxing (which converts into a sofa bed), flat screen television with satellite TV, DVD, wireless internet, Children’s Games, selection of newspapers, magazines and journals, bathroom with tub and toilet. Bedroom with double bed and a desk and additional sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed) .TV, DVD, WiFi, books, stove, mini-oven, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, pots, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, … dining table for up to 7 people.

The newly renovated bathroom has a tub / shower, sink and toilet and washing machine.

Central Station, and the Swiss Garden, House 21 (Museum of Contemporary Art), Hotel Daniel and the Military History Museum can be found in the immediate vicinity.

The neighborhood
Only 15 minutes to downtown. With the metro station Sudtirolerplatz, the S-Bahn station Quartier Belvedere and various other bus and tram lines are downtown, the convention center and Vienna’s Schwechat airport quickly and easily reachable. An excellent connection to the motorway slip road round the corresponding offer from eventually.

The nearest underground station is only a 10 minute walk (U1 Sudtirolerplatz). Or 3 – 5 mins to reach by tram just across the street from the apartment (either 0 or line 18) at 2 stations.

The apartment is located right next to one of Austria’s most popular tourist attractions, the Belvedere Palace, with many exhibition spaces (including the world’s largest oil painting collection of the most important Austrian painter Gustav Klimt, the Upper Belvedere). Opening times: Upper Belvedere daily 10 – 18 Clock, Lower Belvedere, Orangery daily 10 – 18 Clock, Wednesday 10-21 clock. In the castle there is a large castle park and the Botanical Garden. The next input from the apartment to the Botanical Garden is the entrance Upper Belvedere over the Alpine garden, free admission.

In the immediate vicinity of the main train station with connections in all directions is Austria or Europe and excellent infrastructure with a shopping center with many shops and supermarkets. The Swiss Garden, House 21 (Museum of Contemporary Art), Hotel Daniel and the Military History Museum can be found in the immediate vicinity.

I set environment plans and Vienna plans available and give you at the handover ready to provide tips about the area and for your stay in Vienna. In the vicinity of the apartment there is a supermarket and the Hotel Daniel is a fine source for good breakfast and good food. The castle garden from Belvedere Palace or the large Swiss Garden invite you to leisurely walks or athletic jogging or walking rounds.

The apartment is very well connected public. The D tram takes you in about 10-15 minutes to the center of Vienna. By tram and metro (U1, red) is the center or the Stephansplatz in 15-20 minutes. The underground station U1 Südtirolerplatz – Central Station is a few minutes away and can be reached on foot (10 minutes) or 2 tram stations on line O or 18 (5 minutes) either.

In the vicinity of the apartment is also the station of bus 13A is (about a 10 minute walk or 2 tram stops on the line 18 or O), the compound in the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th District produces and times on the day in 2 has three minutes -Stroke. Also, the “House of the Sea” is located on the 13A – route. Get off at Barnabitengasse station.

With the high-speed railway is also the Prater (Praterstern) with the world famous Ferris wheel without changing at 3 Station 10 – 15 minutes (always 2 platform). The nearby train will take you in 2 stops to Wien – Mitte (10 minutes), where you will also find the connections for the metro lines U3 and U4. You are already, as the name suggests, “the heart of Vienna”, the center can be easily reached on foot, or Use terminal subway trains in all directions. In Vienna – center you will find numerous shops and snack bars in the recently opened shopping center “The Mall”.

The neighboring Swiss Garden, with its size a good leisure option, either to walk or to do sports (running, walking) to complete. For runners and walkers a fun way to get going in the middle of the city just across the road. Also suitable for long walks this great park. Large ponds with rockery and fountains, an alpine herb garden, a rose garden with water features and numerous exotic trees characterize the Swiss Garden. Where also the same adjacent Belvedere garden for walks and runs provides a wonderful alternative.

Surrounded by the Swiss garden is the rustic inn / restaurant “Klein Steiermark in Swiss Garden” (Army Museum Road 1, daily 11-23 clock) with a cozy fireplace, a large dining area and a large playground. Typical Viennese cuisine.
On the edge of the Swiss garden is the 21er Haus (Arsenalstraße 1), a very interesting museum of contemporary art / museum for contemporary art with many exhibitions, the architecture will bear something too. After the World Exhibition in Brussels in 1958 it began playing the Austrian pavilion, a steel structure by architect Karl Schwanzer, in the Swiss Garden.
