Our luxury residence in the best location Westerlands for up to 4 adults + 2 children is a 125 m² semi-detached house with 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms was high quality and individually furnished and guarantees you rest and rest from the first day.
Completed in June 2011, the Syltdomizile III was awarded 5 stars by the German Tourism Association. It can accommodate up to six people. The beautiful, spacious garden with garden furniture and beach chair on 2 terraces invites you to linger.

Very tastefully decorated, you will find next to design objects, some of which were made especially for this house, lovingly selected details that set warm accents.
On the ground floor there is the spacious living room with gas fireplace and access to the terrace with garden, as well as the open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker etc.) with dining area, a guest toilet and the hallway. Upstairs you will find a bright, spacious bedroom with double bed and the high quality equipped full bath.
In the basement there is the second fully equipped bedroom with double bed another bedroom with 2 bunk beds for children and an equally high quality shower room with toilet.
A private parking space on the property is of course part of our house.
Pets are not allowed.
A final cleaning with additional costs in the amount of 150, – € is mandatory and must be paid in good time before departure to the landlord.
Bed linen and towels can be rented on request for 25, – € per person. If you decide to do so, this amount should also be transferred prior to departure.
The guest card fee is from 01. 05. to 31. 10. 3.30 €, from 01. 11. to 30. 04. 1.65 €.
As a special service, we offer our guests in the main season the arrival and departure on all days of the week, which is very pleasant, especially in the high season.
Check-in time is 4pm, check-out time is 10am.
