Completed in 2007, the Sylt III homes was awarded 5 stars by the German Tourism Association. The spacious garden with garden furniture and beach chair on 2 terraces invites you to linger.
Our country Sylt II combines exclusive comfort and cozy comfort. The ambience includes especially lively, fresh summery colors, purist lines, noble sofa furniture, a bathroom design from Philip Stark and a large living area with swiveling stove.
Very tastefully decorated, you will find design objects that have been partially made especially for this house, and lovingly chosen details, put the warm accents.
On the ground floor the spacious living area with a swiveling stove so that you can see the fire in both the lounge area with TV and in the dining area. From the living area you have access to the south-west terrace with garden. From the open-plan fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.) with dining area (large table with 6 chairs) takes you to the breakfast terrace with ‘morning sun’. On the ground floor is located, outgoing from the hallway, the guest bathroom and a laundry room.
