Property Description
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room and is suitable with its approximately 70 m² for up to three people. It is located on the first floor of our house.
The apartment has an approximately 48 square meter roof terrace where guests can relax and unwind.
On arrival, the beds are freshly made. Towels are also provided. We will gladly provide on request, additional bed linen and towels, free of charge.
Washer and dryer in the basement can be used any time freely available for a surcharge. Hanging the laundry in the basement and outside on the clothes drier is possible at any time. Iron and ironing board.
On request we can provide you with access to Wi-Fi free of charge. Telephone calls to German landlines are free of charge.
For hygiene reasons to bring your pets is not allowed. Also, we ask that you refrain from smoking in the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
If you are arriving by car may make use of the parking space directly in front of the house. The brought bikes and bike carriers are in a separate room off the garage, lockable with apartment keys, parked. E-bikes can be charged in the storage room.

Description of Property
Our living room has a dining and living area. The dining area has a large table with six chairs. For our youngest guests, we have a high chair.
The living area consists of a couch with table. There is also a TV with digital hard drive receiver and DVD player. Furthermore there is a radio with CD player. Also, you can look forward to a selection of books and games.
The huge roof terrace is the gem of this apartment. On 48m² you have plenty of space to relax from everyday stress. There you will find garden furniture with cushions, a parasol and an electric grill.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need for everyday life. Also provided:

Due to the large roof window, the kitchen is very bright. There is a direct access to the living room with dining area.
Both bedrooms are large windows very bright. The windows have electric shutters to darken.
The bedrooms possessed a double bed. A wardrobe and other storage options are available.
The bathroom is very bright due to a large skylight. It has a shower, toilet and sink. There is also a hairdryer available.
The Environment
The apartment is located on the eastern edge of the village Bislich. The village is located on the Rhine, opposite the town of Xanten, and belongs to the district of Wesel. In the village there are several restaurants and bakeries.
The only 5-minute walk dike is an ideal starting point for hiking and biking tours along the Rhine. With the passenger ferry “Keer Tröch II ‘can be explored on foot or by bike easily the other bank of the Rhine. The Xanten North and South lakes offer a variety of recreational activities and excursions and upload both for sport and recreation.
To the east, there is a 1400-acre forest, the forest Diersfordter. Again, there are beautiful trails for hiking or cycling. Even on hot summer days you will find shady places where you can escape from everyday life.
Also the Auesee offers fun for the whole family. On the northeastern shore is a beach with huge lawn. At the bird station you can watch the local birds without disturbing nature. The lake you can walk around on a 7 km long hiking and biking trail.
Circling the one Auesee, you will come to the village Flüren. There is next to restaurants and shops for daily needs. On Tuesdays and Fridays there are in the market to buy fresh fruit and vegetables from the surrounding area.
The city of Wesel is approximately 10 km from the apartment. It is easily accessible by car or by bike. There is a pedestrian zone, and a Rheinprommenade, place it in the various excursion boats.
