Our holiday house (65sqm) is located on the Schlossgelände of the castle Lüttingen with its natural lake and large meadow. The house belongs to a complex of 6 houses. Advantages of this property are the very nice location in the middle of the typical area on the left Niederrhein. All tourist sights of Xanten such as the archaeological park or the marina on the Xantener Südsee, Xantener Dom are within walking distance. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen, Dishwasher and dining room, WC with shower. All the rooms and especially the large terrace offer an unobstructed view of the lake.
Upstairs is a large master bedroom and a nursery. Both rooms have a large skylight with views of the lake and the Rhine.
Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available and can be used free of charge.
