Our house is located in Weimar, district Tröbsdorf, 3 km from the city center. It is a small piece of land (approx 350 sqm). The cottage is separate from the main house. In between the garden and a terrace. On the street in front of the property you can park your car. Motorcycles can be parked. The bus stop and a cozy village pub with beer garden located in close proximity (about 50 m). On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a bathroom with shower, toilet and small sink and a kitchen with a stove (4 plates), fridge, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and toaster.
A staircase leads from the kitchen to the first floor. Here is the living room with TV, stereo, a double sofa bed, which provides for 2 people to stay. A large patio door leads to the large balcony with outdoor furniture.
You can reach the attractions in Weimar by car in 5 minutes.
Tröbsdorf located 3 km km west. From Weimar toward Erfurt. If you are traveling on the A4, take exit Nohra and continue towards Weimar on the B7. Take the ring road left towards Buchenwald. At the traffic lights turn left towards Tröbsdorf and go straight to intersection (right corner restaurant “Birkenhof”), turn right. The house with brick and half-timbered and vines at home is already visible.
