The apartment has been renovated and equipped with biological building materials. The spacious high living room with an open truss and the glazed Tennentor (Grot Dör) creates a unique atmosphere. The contemporary decor can accommodate up to 4 tourists, an extension to 6 people on a short break, by a sofa bed in the living room is possible. We are looking forward to your visit!
The village toad is in the west of the district Lüchow-Dannenberg, a few kilometers south of the main road B 493 (Lüchow-Uelzen). Here are the first slopes of the so-called High Drawehn. The landscape is slightly curved and wooded. Around the village are fields, meadows and forests, this idyllic setting and enjoy a relaxing bicycle tours and extensive walks.
The village itself consists of about 10 houses and was formerly known as a small Rundlingsdorf. From Toad you can reach the district town of Lüchow or Uelzen with all shops, doctors, offices and schools and an extensive leisure facilities in about 20 minutes. A heated forest pool is located in the nearby town Wittfeitzen.
Quiet location, since the passage-way traffic is very reduced. Nearby annually nest a pair of cranes, which is often observed in the fields and through his impressive screams one can discover the uniqueness of nature.
