The bungalow is situated on a large plot 1150qm.

The picturesque old town and the port of Wismar (12 km) can be reached by car in 10 minutes.
The state capital Schwerin (45 km), with its beautiful castle, the lake, the Theatre and many other attractions, can be reached by car in just over 50 minutes.
Other attractions include the seaside resorts Boltenhagen (about 35 km), Kühlungsborn (25 km) with its beautiful beach promenades and piers. Or be of Rostock Warnemünde (45 km) surprise with its old houses, fishing boats, lighthouse and a large beach. In Rostock, you will find a lovely big zoo. Day trips to Hamburg (about 120 km) and Lübeck (70km).
