This magnificent home stands on the sun-facing side of the valley between the town of Viehhofen and the well-known Saalbach Hinterglemm. On the 2nd floor, which you’ll have completely to yourselves and comes with its own entrance, you’ll find a spacious and luxurious living room with a modern open kitchen and access to a balcony. The three bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms. The entire apartment has been nicely decorated using high-quality materials throughout. You can hop on the ski bus just a short distance from the house and be at the famous Saalbach/Hinterglemm ski area in a matter of minutes. Starting from the winter of 2018/2019, Viehhofen will also feature a connection to the Zell am See ski area. This means a premium location for winter sports enthusiasts. In the immediate area you can also have a great time hiking, sledding, and cross-country skiing. In summer, there are plenty of possible leisure facilities like mountain-biking, hiking or a true recommendation: rafting. The lake of Zell am See is very near and will give you a delightful refreshment on hot days. Please note: this house is currently under construction and will be finished by the end of November 2017.
