Relax in our apartment “Chiemsee Sonne” with garden, sauna and mountain views. The spacious apartment enchants with southern ambience and is furnished with great attention to detail, so you feel right from the first day. They have a beautiful mountain view from almost all rooms. The Chiemsee is on your doorstep and can be reached by bike in just 8 minutes. The apartment also includes a separately designated, flowery garden with barbecue, fireplace, sun loungers and a large trampoline.
The sunny living-dining area impresses with its special ambience, a successful mixture of antique and modern furniture combined with an old wooden floor. Directly from the living room leads to the 20 m2 wooden balcony. For the cooler seasons, a stove creates comfort.
In the very extensively equipped kitchen, cooking is fun! The modern bathroom with its rain shower and double bath for 2 people invites you to relax. Also a separate toilet with sink is not missing. In the master bedroom you will find a large, cozy 180-bed and plenty of storage space in the closets. Right next door is the children’s room with bunk bed (90×200) and children’s toys.
There is also a wooden sauna for 4 people and storage space for bicycles.
On site you will be personally welcomed by our administrator. He shows you the apartment and the garden. He also gladly advises you on possible leisure activities in the vicinity. For questions during your stay, he is also happy to help.
The region is suitable year-round as a holiday destination and offers you an extensive cultural and sports-active leisure activities. Many walks and bike rides start almost right on the doorstep. The Chiemsee loop trail leads past the house just 5 minutes away. In winter you need about 40 minutes to the well-known ski area “Reit-im-Winkl”. Also the famous Kampenwand is not far away.
