The spacious, high quality furnished 5-star apartment “Chiemsee Sun” with mountain views is only 8 minutes by bike from Lake Chiemsee in an idyllic location on the outskirts of Übersee.
The apartment is located on the first floor and offers a spacious, light-filled living and dining area with fireplace, large balcony and mountain views. The wood for the stove is provided for you free of charge.
In addition to the large bedroom with mountain views is a lovingly decorated children’s room with bunk beds. The spacious kitchen has its own small balcony. Here you will not only find a comprehensive range of spices, vinegar, oil, kitchen roll, etc .; Also espresso machine, oven, dishwasher and microwave are of course available.
The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, a corner bath, two sinks and a toilet. A separate laundry room with washer and dryer and a separate (guest) toilet also belong to the apartment.
On the ground floor you will find a large wooden sauna for 4 persons and a shelf for your skis in a separate room. Storage room for bicycles available. You are also welcome to rent sledges from us.
The holiday apartment “Chiemsee Sonne” also includes a separately designated, large garden, which you reach via a private entrance. The garden equipment includes a large table with four chairs, two sun loungers and a parasol; also for a grill and a fire pit is taken care of. For children is also a large trampoline with a high-quality safety net available.

From the apartment “Chiemsee-Sonne” you can do many hiking and cycling in Chiemgau. So leads the Chiemsee-Rundweg directly at the entrance “Übersee” over. To Chiemsee you cycle only 8 minutes or walk about 25 minutes on foot.
Many mountains like the Kampenwand, the Hochgern, the Hochplatte and the Hochfelln are right on the doorstep. Also located next to the Chiemsee many other smaller lakes of Chiemgau in only a short driving distance.
In winter you need about 40 minutes to the well-known ski area “Reit-im-Winkl”, from where you can reach the entire skiing area of ??Steinplatte via a lift connection. So the location of the apartment “Chiemsee Sun” offers many destinations not only in summer but also in winter.
