Outside: free parking next to the house, terrace with barbecue (free use), sun loungers, large parasol.

Recreational opportunities: cycling, inline skating, fishing (free in the park lake), mountain biking, paragliding, horseback riding, swimming, sailing, diving, tennis, hiking or water skiing – here everyone will find the right thing. The municipality Twist with the seven districts Adorf, Hebelermeer, Twist settlement, Neuringe, Rühlermoor / Rühlerfeld, Twist-Bült and Schöninghsdorf belong to the district Emsland, Reg.District Weser-Ems, Lower Saxony. The municipality currently has about 9,630 inhabitants, it is located in the western part of the district directly on the Dutch border, as well as on the A 31 (departure ten km away) and the B 402 / European Route 233 (the future in Twist already developed A 34). To the north Twist borders Haren, to the east Meppen (15km) and Geeste.
