This Sweden wooden house (rental in early 2018) is located directly on the lake (about 15 meters) with its own dock, is ideal for a family, active or for a relaxing holiday. It is located in a low-traffic and thus quiet park road. W-Lan / Internet is available free of charge.

The house has a living space of approx. 85 m² and is equipped for 6 persons. In the first two bedrooms you will find 1 double boxspring bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m) in the third bedroom there are two single beds “standard” (each 0.90 mx 2.00 m). In addition to a hot tub, you will find a sauna, shower and toilet in the bathroom. The living room has a sitting area with fireplace, TV and radio. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner stove, freezer, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and oven.
The plot is 525 m². The terrace, the garden invite you to linger. Parking spaces for your car are available.
Rest: In any case, you should not forget the bathroom or much more the spa (sauna, whirlpool, shower). The quiet park invites you to take leisurely walks. Also the “bike friends” are not too short … Explore one of the many bicycle routes in the area. For example, you can explore the nature reserve in the nearby Netherlands (about 5-10 minutes by bike) (information on bike rentals are available in the house, e-bikes also possible).
Let the evening fade away, you can then over a cup of tea by the fireplace or in the cozy sitting area.
Children: Ca. 200m away there is a playground, furthermore is located in the immediate vicinity (about 300m) a pony farm on which in the period from Easter to the end of October can also be ridden.
Family / friends: There are other excursion possibilities in the area. (Amusement parks, swimming pools, movie theaters, home town, theater, Moormuseum, Meyer Werft Papenburg, bowling, Famielienzoo Nordhorn, Zoo Emmen (NL) and similar) – Some of these goals can be reached within a short time by car. Further within not more than 30 minutes … It is about 1 hour to Papenburg.
Whether fishing, cycling, inline skating, mountain biking, horseback riding, swimming, sailing, diving, karting, tennis, hiking or water skiing – here everyone will find the right thing.
Shopping: The nearest supermarket is about 500m away. Larger hypermarkets / discount stores and similar can be reached in the neighboring town within a very short time by car. (about 5 minutes)
Meals: On Sundays, the nearby horse farm invites you to a cozy Sunday brunch (registration required). The Reiterhof also offers a bread service, where you can get your bread at moderate prices (pre-order required). There are also several restaurants in the nearby Twist and the surrounding area. Pizzerias (eg Italian), gourmet cuisine, Greek restaurant, cafes and snacks are to be found here.
The municipality Twist with the seven districts Adorf, Hebelermeer, Twist settlement, Neuringe, Rühlermoor / Rühlerfeld, Twist-Bült and Schöninghsdorf belong to the district Emsland, Reg.District Weser-Ems, Lower Saxony. The municipality is located in the western part of the district right on the Dutch border, as well as on the A 31 (departure ten km away) and the B 402). To the north Twist borders Haren, to the east Meppen (15km) and Geeste. In the south to the municipality Emlichheim, Neuenhaus and Wietmarschen in the county Bentheim.
