House Seewind was renovated in 2017 and lovingly furnished. The cozy and spacious holiday home for up to 10 people (8 adults and 2 infants) has about 130 square meters of living space. Up to two dogs can be brought. The house is surrounded by a large, secluded, quiet garden which is closed with a high gate so that children and dogs can move and walk freely. On the ground floor is a spacious and bright living room with a table for up to 8 persons and the sofa corner for cozy evenings. Of course, there are two highchairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo- and Tassimomaschine, water cooker and toaster. A bottle sterilizer and a bottle warmer is provided and can be used as needed.
On the ground floor is the first bedroom with a single bed 0,9×2,0 m and a guest bed that can be built up as needed. Furthermore, on the ground floor the children’s playroom with playmobil, Lego Duplo, children’s kitchen and various games. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and a bath. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms – a double bed 1.80×2.0 m, a bed 1.40×2.0 m, two single beds 0.9×2.0m as well as the children’s room with a baby bed and a baby cot. A baby monitor is available. On the upper floors you will also find two individually applicable crib screens. Furthermore, on the upper floor is a bright reading room, to be able to move back and the shower bath. If necessary, use the staircase protection grille. In the garden there is a small sandbox for your children, a swing and a second small terrace for sunbathing.
In the garage you will find a table tennis table incl. Racquets and balls, which you can build up as required. Furthermore you will find scooters, tricycle and bobbycar. Free Wi-Fi is of course also available.
