This large holiday home – not far from the North Sea coast – is lovingly furnished in a very cozy country house style. It is surrounded by greenery and completely undisturbed at the end of a small cul-de-sac and on the edge of a small forest. The idyllic village Süderdeich is characterized by plenty of fields, green meadows and its numerous farms and thatched houses.
The large garden is very popular with our guests and offers plenty of space for a relaxing holiday with your family or friends. Here you are undisturbed all day and can enjoy the time on cozy gardening under trees or on the terrace.
On the house are two terraces, which offer plenty of space for cozy hours. Here, on warm summer evenings, you can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside under open air. Whether for a convivial BBQ or relaxing with a good glass of wine on the small garden pond.
Our guests love the large lawn directly at the house. Here, the little ones can really let off steam and the big ones can lie in the grass, look into the blue sky and just dream. Or you can relax on the garden pond (protected by a fence) and listen to the soothing splash of the water.
The holiday home is of course fully equipped and offers a lot of comfort. You will certainly not miss anything here.
Here is an overview of the equipment:
Kitchen: In the modern country-style kitchen with all necessary utensils there is of course a stove with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, water cooker, dishwasher and a fridge / freezer. A washing machine is next door, in the housekeeping room.
Bathrooms: The holiday house has a very cozy bath with WC on the ground floor – also in the idyllic country house style. In addition, there is a cozy shower bath with separate toilet on the upper floor. So there is no annoying “queuing” in the morning with several people.
Living room: The comfortably furnished living room with two large and very comfortable sofas (3-seater) is equipped with a flat-screen TV, BluRay player and stereo CD radio. A small collection of different DVDs is also available for free use, as well as a selection of different board and dice games. If you go out on holiday with the Lesestoff: A small selection of novels of different genres is also available and can be used free of charge. This little “library” is not rarely supplemented by our guests, who simply read their books for the next guests.
Dining: Here you have breakfast overlooking the green and flowering garden and have a fabulous view of the avenue. The large (extendable) dining table can accommodate up to 8 people.
4 Bedrooms:
1. Bedroom has a large double bed (180×200), wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 bedside cabinets as well as flat screen TV and DVD player.
Second Bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140×200), a chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables and a rattan lounge.
Third Bedroom is equipped with a sleeping sofa (140×200) and a wardrobe and can be used as an additional living room. For a particularly cozy atmosphere, there is an ornamental fireplace. Note: This room is a passageway to the 2nd floor. Bedroom.
The 4. Bedroom is the children’s room in the cottage. It has one floor bed and is the highlight for the kids. In the beds (2x 90×200) two adults can sleep comfortably and easily. A chest of drawers provides space for your clothes.
Important: In order to keep the rent as low as possible, the house is rented without bed linen and towels. On request, we will gladly provide them to you. Price per person / night: 13, – Euro (cost price)
Garden, play area and terraces:
The large garden invites you to relax and unwind. Here you can make it under trees on one of the garden beds comfortable. The two terraces are equipped with tables and 8 chairs / seats. Here you can find – at pleasure – a quiet, sunny or alternatively a shady spot. You will find a very special spot on our garden pond, which is surrounded by reeds, grasses and bamboo (the pond is protected by a fence). Enjoy the gentle wind blowing in the bamboo and the rippling of the water … wonderfully relaxing.
Especially popular with our guests is the large meadow directly at the house. Here you can simply lie in the grass and dream. In between you can also play soccer, Frisbee or football.
The cozy holiday house is lovingly furnished. The special feature of the domicile in the country house style is the location: Here you live on the edge of a small forest with a view of green meadows. In the morning you can even see deer on the adjacent fields, see birds of prey, and see sheep and cows grazing. Pure nature!!!
