Our “Ferienhaus am Gartenweg” is a lovingly converted farmhouse converted into a holiday home. It is idyllic at the end of a small path amidst a 2000 m² plot surrounded by tall trees and flowering bushes.
Here you can relax from the middle of July 2017 with up to 7 persons on 100 m² living space with comfortable equipment from everyday stress. Bright, light flooded 4 bedrooms – 2 of them with TV – on 2 floors. Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and 2. Refrigerator with separate freezer compartment. Spacious, level bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine. Second Toilet with washing facilities on the ground floor. Wi-Fi, telephone and bicycles are included in the rental price.
Directly from the living-dining area the covered, wind-protected terrace with garden grill and cozy furniture invites you to relax. Even if the weather is not so nice, you can sit comfortably with a view of the spacious, non-visible garden. The cozy living area is equipped with TV, DVD player and hi-fi system.
Small and large children are very welcome and can play in the spacious garden with playhouse, football goal and in the inviting environment inviting!
You can also bring your dog (on request)! If you like, we will be happy to take care of it for one day.

Our holiday house is situated in a very quiet, yet central location in Southbrookmerland (district South-Victorbur) with direct connection to the B72. Thus, various excursion destinations such as the city of Aurich by car in just 10 minutes, the cities of Emden, Greetsiel and Norden / Norddeich in about 20 minutes.
The ring channel with the “cycle trail Ostfriesland” is only 100m away. Also for anglers a popular destination! A supermarket (Netto) with a baker can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes or even by bike in 5 minutes. You can leave the car safely at the house in the carport.
The next larger shopping center with various shops, pharmacy, drugstore, ALDI, LIDL & Co … is about 1 km away and can be reached by car or bicycle.
The nearby popular recreational area “Große Meer” is only 5 km away.
The “Badesee Tannenhausen” with a wakeboarding facility newly built in the summer of 2016 can be reached within 15 minutes. Day trips to the North Sea coast or to the East Frisian Islands can be realized from here.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the offer. However, bed linen can be booked on request per person and stay for 10 €.
A dog costs 5 € extra per night. Please understand that the dog must stay on the ground floor. Dogs are not allowed in the rooms on the upper floor.
It is a non-smoking house – there is absolutely no smoking in the entire house!
