Property Description
Our holiday house is located in an idyllic location between Emden and Aurich, in the holiday area on the “Great Sea”. A small canal separates the property in a quiet cul-de-sac from the adjoining meadows and pastures. After a few minutes walk (about 400m) you reach the “Great Sea”.
The living space of our comfortably equipped holiday house is approximately 95 m².
To the house belong a carport and a large boat shed, as well as a children’s fenced garden and two terraces (sun / shade) with garden furniture.
The boat dock with rowing boat is located diagonally opposite.
ground floor
There is a wardrobe in the entrance area. Through another door you enter the large living and dining room with open kitchen area.
The built-in kitchen is fully equipped, in particular are available:

The large seating area invites you to a delicious meal and relax.

There are lots of games for big and small children. You can also choose from many books.
The house is heated by a gas heating or alternatively by a stove.
Through the window in the living room you have a wonderful view into the garden and over the meadows in the nature reserve.
In the bathroom (with many storage facilities) are a large shower, toilet and washbasin with an undercounter.
upstairs
Via a staircase you reach the upper floor with two separate bedrooms.
The first bedroom has a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) with adjustable slatted frames, wardrobe and chest of drawers, a flat-screen TV and a small bathroom with toilet and wash basin.
The second bedroom has three single beds (2x 100 cm x 200 cm and 1x 90 cm x 200 cm), wardrobe, table and shelves.
A fly and mosquito protection is installed in front of all windows, as are external blinds.
The sleeping area can be closed to the staircase in a child-resistant manner. Smoke detectors are also installed in the house.
