Property Description
Our apartment “Under Forest” is located in the First Holiday Region Zillertal at the foot of the sunny eastern slope with uninterrupted views of the panoramic mountain of the Ziller Valley at 560 meters above sea level, quiet on the forest and the outskirts.
Equipment:
The bedroom has a double bed (mattress 180x200cm) in the living room a sofa bed (mattress about 140×200 for up to 2 persons) available. A desk is available as well as a dining table. On the terrace with a seating group to warmer days and evenings to enjoy the outdoors.
The apartment is equipped with a small separate kitchen (fridge, sink, dishwasher, electric stove with oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine). A flat-screen TV with satellite channels and free Wi-Fi is also available for you. On request, we keep a baby bed and a high chair for an infant ready. Please note the total ban on smoking in the apartment!
There are two points next to the house parking for free use available.
Fresh linen once a week, it will be for each person provided two bath and two towels. In the kitchen you find detergent, sponge cloth and pot scourer and tea towels for your use.
For the obligatory final cleaning we allow ourselves to charge € 70.-. On request can be made (according to expenditure) an intermediate cleaning. The apartment is equipped with cleaning device whose use you free during their stay.
We can be reached in any weather without snow chains on A12 motorway and the B169 Zillertal road.
On arrival day the apartment from 16:00 available. On departure, please vacate the apartment by 10:00.
