Welcome to my apartment Matthias in Stumm in the picturesque Zillertal. Spend the best time of the year on the sunny side of the valley in my newly built apartment for 2-4 people and leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind.
From my apartment you can reach a variety of recreational activities in Stumm easily on foot. Especially popular with families is the Badewelt Stumm with a playground for your children, lake, beach volleyball court, soccer field and much more. Even the mini-golf course offers a varied recreational program for the whole family.
In just 5 minutes’ drive from the popular ski area Hochzillertal-joining and the next supermarket is just a 2-minute drive.
My modern and newly built apartment with separate entrance is equipped with high quality wooden floors and offers plenty of space to feel at home on vacation. The cozy apartment is lovingly furnished with modern wooden furniture in country style. The new and fully equipped kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and fridge freezer. For your comfort, the large closet in the bedroom, a satellite TV, the spacious mirror cabinet in the bathroom with drawers for all your toiletries and a towel warmer ensures. A heated storage room with boot dryer for your ski and snowboard equipment and free Wi-Fi are of course available.
Have a warm summer evening on the terrace in a deck chair with an unobstructed view into the Zillertal and end of the ski area Hochzillertal-Hochfügen, or enjoy a delicious dinner with the family or with friends. For your children, our large garden offers plenty of room to romp and building snowmen. Your kids can go tobogganing on the green lawn right in front of my apartment, which gives you a good view of your living area.
The apartment Matthias is in summer the perfect starting point for hiking with the whole family as well as for leisurely to challenging hiking or climbing tours through the scenic mountain landscape in the Zillertal. Take the Zillertal Active Card 11 lifts, all pools and the Spieljochbahn, which takes you to other interesting destinations.
In winter, the Zillertal with its top ski areas Hochzillertal-joining and the Zillertal Arena offers slopes for all levels and ability levels. The Spieljoch ski area is regarded as particularly family-friendly, so that your children have fun on the slopes. Experience after the typical Tyrolean mountain magic.
