The house is located in the outskirts surrounded by green fields and trees. The large property around the house with tall trees and seating in the countryside offers the ideal atmosphere for rest and relaxation to find. As the access road is a dead end with no through traffic, the holiday is also ideal for families with children find plenty of space to play and run. In the immediate vicinity of a mountain bike trail passes.
The spacious property is on the first floor of the house. The separate back entrance, which allows direct access to the grounds and parking for your car, the apartment has the appearance of a ground floor location.
The exposed south-facing balcony and terrace with barbecue and garden seating invite you to stay and enjoy. On the common terrace behind the house there are a ping pong table and a children’s playground with swings, slide and climbing frame and seating.
