This appartment is the most luxiours and spacious of the 3 apartments. The decor is modern with a large cosy fireplace. Behind the house is a paved garden with seating and a table tennis game. In the building opposite the house is a relax area with sauna for all the house quests. Because the house is situated at a dead and road which leads directly into the forest the location is very quiet. The apartment is located on the ground floor. The property is accessible via a steep staircase. This house is ideal for mountain bikers because a famous mountain bike route passes along the house. Also hikers will love the place because you can directly walk from the house into the woods. In any way you will discover the beautiful Volcanic Eifel, your route at least should go along the Pulver Maar and het Immerrather Maar. These two volcanic Lakes, that are very nearby are worth a visit.
