The guest enjoy the total area of 1 hectra while their stay.
The entrence to the villa goes through entrance sliding gate, with click or code to keep the privacy of the guests. Nobody can enter the property by car or by foot, without knowing the codes…
Furthermore, their will be a private concierge, cook and staff to take care, while your stay, with no additional cost. A five Star service is garuanteed by the owner. Additionally the owner will give you a detailed tour around the villa and staff is available while your stay.
The Villa Schoenbichl has special contract. All bookings are non refundable. The guest or group have to sign a contract, to take special care and not damage anything in the villa.
