The completely renovated holiday home Auerhof specialises in self-sufficient groups, families, clubs etc. With the exception of a few, our rooms are generally equipped have a shower, TV, toilet and pull-out couch. In addition to the ground floor we also use both upper floors as living and bedroom. In the basement there is a large recreation and dining room, a very well equipped kitchen, a large cold storage cell (have you ever stood in a butcher’s cold store?) as well as an unmistakable, high-tech equipped disco room. Be it in summer for football enthusiasts, adventurers, sunbathers, grill masters and friends of the romantic night under the open starry sky, or in winter for snowman builders, firebugs and rocket shooters – the huge meadow around the holiday home leaves nothing to be desired The large holiday home Kössen is located on a farm, about 1 km outside of Kössen and is easily reached by bus or car. Parking is available. Near the house there is a supermarket (only about 2 minutes on foot). A ski bus stops about 200 m away from holiday home Kössen and takes you to the nearby Hochkössen skiing area (2.5 km away) for free. The nearest cross-country trail of the Kaiserwinkl cross-country centre goes right by the house. The large outdoor space around the house is especially exciting in summer with table tennis, football and volleyball meadow, fire pit and barbecue area. The parking area can also be used for playing. The nearest pool is 1.5 km away, the lovely Walchsee is 5 km away.
