Property Description
Our cozy apartment 82 m² fascinates you with 3 stylish double bedrooms, 1 shower, 1 toilet, 1 large lounge with satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. All rooms are equipped with wooden floors. On the 7 m long balcony you can enjoy a wonderful view of our mountains and can soak up the sun’s rays. We are happy to provide upon request daily fresh bread for breakfast. The bus stop is about 150 meters away from our house and with 2 minutes by bus you can reach the valley station of the beautiful ski area Silvretta Montafon. Our unique ski area with many opportunities enchants all our guests!
Directly from our house you can reach the freshly groomed trails. Three times a week the evening toboggan run is open, which is very popular with guests and locals.
Our summer guests can enjoy the comfort of our own children’s playground with lawn and can easily walk (about 5 minutes) or by bicycle to reach our lakes of Mountain Beach. Our house is the perfect starting point for many hikes of all claims or excursions ….(Silvretta High Alpine Road, Lake, …).
