Our new house was completed in 2017 and can be booked for the first time this winter 2017/18.
Our house is located in the quiet south-facing position in the middle of Gortipohl and is accessible by car in all seasons. You will find us on a small hill with a wonderful view of the mountains. The bus stop is a two-minute walk away and takes you into the skiing and hiking paradise Silvretta Montafon. Numerous restaurants are also within easy walking distance.
Our new apartment (64m²) consists of two bedrooms each with shower / WC (incl. Hairdryer). Satellite TV is available in both rooms as well as in the living room. The living room has a fully equipped kitchen (incl. Oven, microwave, dishwasher, …) as well as a large comfortable sofa.
The roofed and illuminated sun terrace with Liegewiese is accessible via the living room as well as via both bedrooms. The apartment has a separate entrance with cloakroom and ski boot dryer. Free Wi-Fi available.
The center of St. Gallenkirch and Gaschurn can be reached in about 3 kilometers, Schruns about 10 kilometers.
On request Occupancy by 5 persons possible (sofa can be pulled out).
