Property Description
In a former mill is the apartment with room for three people. It has a private entrance that leads directly into the kitchen. A spiral staircase leads to a living room with sofa bed and TV on the first floor. Here is also a toilet and shower.
On the second floor is a bedroom, as well as another shower and toilet.
The property can only be reached by car.

The Internet is connected via satellite. This practically means that the connection is slow. Email and WhatsApp are no problem. Surfing works but is slow. Video and audio streaming do not work.
The mill is surrounded by forests and lies in a valley formed by a stream. There, where the narrow valley widens to a wide and sunny meadow, stands the mill. The mill is surrounded by a large garden through which flows the mill stream. Guests have access to the garden, to the stream and in summer to the barbecue area by the stream under shady trees.
There are many sunny spots on the property to relax outside.
The mill is located directly on the “Burgherrenweg”, which leads past the mill. This trail was awarded as the premium hiking trail of the “Traumpfade Rhein-Mosel-Eifel”. He is part of the Saar-Hunsrücksteig.
With a short hike (about 60 minutes) you reach the Geierlay, one of the longest hanging rope bridges in Germany.
The Moselle with its tourist center Cochem is about 30km away.
The World Heritage Middle Rhine (Loreley) is about 35km away.
A bakery and restaurant can be found 2 km away.
Everything else can be found in the castle town of Kastellaun, 9 km away.
