This nice holiday apartment is situated on the ground floor of a detached house in the ‘holiday and hiking village’ of Mastershausen. The apartment has been refined with many different details, resulting in a warm, pleasant and comfortable holiday home. The enclosed garden with its grill and outdoor fireplace is a wonderful place to spend time. Inside the apartment you will also find lots of information with tips on the surrounding area, including facilities for children. Mastershausen is a little village situated between the Rhine and Moselle rivers. The village has two good restaurants, a bakery and two shops for your daily needs. Just outside the village is a spot with great playground equipment for kids as well as a wooden ship with slides and a public grilling area. Mastershausen makes an ideal base for a wide range of hikes and bike rides through the area, as well as the Masdasher Burgherrenweg, a well-marked hiking trail. The little town of Oberwesel, known as the city of towers and wine, is about 25 km away on the Rhine. In addition to some marvellous castles, you will also find some nice little beaches here for lounging by the water. Other destinations well worth a visit include the cities of Trier and Koblenz on the Moselle.
