Pets are not allowed. Visitors in the apartment only after consultation with the landlord. House parties are forbidden. This apartment does not allow parties or events! Failure to do so will be terminated.
There are many restaurants, cafes and pubs within walking distance. From 6:30 am you can have breakfast in the bakery Evertzberg at about 100m, or from 8:00 in the heat-free. At lunch and dinner you have the choice of different restaurants (Greek, Spanish, Italian, German …). There are shopping facilities (baker, butcher, supermarket, wine merchant, gifts, jewelery, hairdressers etc.) for the daily needs. Saturday is market. There is also a bank with ATM, doctors, pharmacy, opticians in the immediate vicinity.
