Our house belongs to a typical Solingen small half-timbered house idyll in the suburbs – here everyone knows everyone else. The absolutely quiet location off the main roads ensures a relaxing stay in rural tranquility. On wonderful hiking trails in the woods of Solingen you can feel and remember that Solingen is a city with about 160 000 inhabitants for hours on the road. However, you are by car in a few minutes in the inner city or in the cities of Cologne and Dusseldorf in just 45 minutes.
The 70 square meter apartment is spread over three floors. From the entrance you reach the first floor. Here there is a kitchen, bathroom and a separate toilet. About a beautiful wooden staircase leads to the second OG where the living room (with sofa bed) and bedroom (1 double and 1 single bed) are. A private parking lot at the house is ready for you.
