The seniors like to live in the barrier-free ground floor with the sunny terrace.
Children and dogs can play in the enclosed garden.
Many regulars appreciate the quiet location.
Our house is located in a quiet residential area of ??Sehestedt and has been extensively renovated. There are 90 m to the Kiel Canal (2nd street number): from the dining table you have the canal view as in the photo.
LOWER FLOOR: 73 sqm:

The bright kitchen has a south-facing balcony, looking North-Baltic Canal (90 meters); It has two comfortable bedrooms with morning sun. The third bedroom is in the loft (good headroom). In front of it in the connecting room there are 2 single beds. The up there leading space-saving staircase has a top Sicherheitstürchen for children, the stairs but is not safe for toddlers.
