Welcome to our cozy apartment right on the old Main-Donaukanal (“Ludwigskanal”). Surrounded by beautiful hiking and biking trails in combination with excellent Franconian gastronomy, you can relax with us both on holiday as well as after a busy day at the fair. Despite the quiet location, they are perfectly connected with traffic: Nuremberg and Neumarkt can be reached in 15 minutes by car, S-Bahn and bus are within walking distance – from the fair visit to the city stroll is thus possible on request everything without great driving possible. We are happy to assist you with your daily planning or organize a shuttle to Messe Nürnberg (15 minutes), to the airport (30 minutes) or to other travel destinations.
Our apartment is equipped with two bedrooms (each with double bed), a living room including sofa bed, a huge kitchen, bathroom with toilet and separate toilet. On request, we also like to make for you the cozy tiled stove for a hearty evening. Weather permitting, you can enjoy your coffee or a cold beer right on your private adjoining terrace in the cozy orchard of the property. You are welcome to use our large garden – in addition there is a very nice playground including football field about 1 minute walk away.
You can park your bicycles or the car directly on our premises in the underground car park.
