Our cozy ground floor apartment (75 sqm) with underfloor heating and a beautiful terrace is designed for up to 6 people and is located in a quiet side street.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, small appliances), and a large bathroom with shower and spacious bathtub.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe / cabinet system. The guest room has a pullout sofa bed (about 140 cm x 195 cm), a glass table and a new-fangled wardrobe. Here is also the access to the terrace with awning and seating.
In harmoniously decorated lounge with open kitchen there is also a large corner sofa with sleeping function, and a dining set. On the sideboard is a 32 inch flat screen television as well as the wi-fi access throughout the apartment. A wireless network to dial in is available in the apartment.
Two private parking spaces are available directly in front of the apartment for you. Towels as well as bed linen and a small surprise in the fridge are included in the price.
