Our house is a wooden house, which we built 15 years ago according to building biology principles. The mild climate of the highlands promises a very relaxing holiday. The house is 5 minutes’ walk away from the forest in quiet location. On the sleeping loft are 2 beds and in the living room a sofa bed with 2 beds. A travel cot for children up to 4 years is also available on request. A small fitted kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower and a washing machine complete the offer. Selfcateres everything is available, sheets must not be brought (included in the final cleaning). Electricity and heating are not charged in winter. Our house is built according to ecological aspects 8 years ago. It is located directly at the quiet and is less than 5 minutes walk from the forest. It has a separate entrance and a nice seating area on the terrace. Birstein, Vogelsberg region, Hesse, Germany Birstein, the pearl of the Vogelsberg lies at the southern exit of the Hoher Vogelsberg nature park. Our village Kirchbracht has about 300 inhabitants and is about 8 km from the core community. In addition to pure nature and a castle, we have a lot to offer in and around Birstein: cycling and hiking trails, carriage rides, good food and nice people.
