The house is in an excellent location, 7 minutes walk to the city center of Schotten or the adventure outdoor pool, which is located in the same street. The holiday home has a park-like garden surrounded by old and tall trees. Whether you want to go to the Nidda reservoir for swimming, surfing, fishing, inline skating or the nearby Hoherodskopf for mountain biking, hiking, etc. From here, these goals can be reached very quickly. The house (bungalow) is located in a quiet but very close to the center of Scots residential area. From the kitchen, the dining and living room you have the opportunity to enter the terrace, from which you have a wonderful view of the 1200 m² garden with lawn and old trees and shrubs. For grilling you have a barbecue available and for the permanently outside fireplace is enough firewood available.
In the house is a spacious and through the large windows very bright living room (satellite TV, DVD and stereo) and a corresponding also large dining room with hatch from the kitchen, which has an extra entrance. The living room has a beautiful stove for the cold season. The kitchen has a stove with oven and 4xCeranfeld, a dishwasher, espresso machine, coffee machine and a microwave. Through the garden you have access to a small dirt road, from which you z. B. in about 2 minutes on a large parking lot to the Edeka market, in the city or in the other direction to the nearby outdoor pool. Of course, all of this is possible just as quickly across the street. The buses, whose stop is also in the parking lot, bring you z. B. on the Hoherrodskopf (in summer with bicycle transport).
