This pretty, modern, wooden holiday home, built in Scandinavian style, is just a few steps away from the fine sandy beach of the Baltic Sea. You can be comfortable in front of the warm fireplace in the living room during winter. In summer, the magnificent terrace with luxurious outdoor furniture is ideal for memorable barbecue evenings with your loved ones. You can also access the small garden house on the property. Children can have fun in the paddling pool in the garden in summer and on days with bad weather, you can watch movies on the DVD in the living room. From the huge bedroom on the first floor, you can access the balcony, where you can always find enough space to sunbathe. From here, you can not only enjoy the breeze of the Baltic Sea, but also the view that extends further than the bustle of this holiday resort. There is a cosy living area with ceiling-high windows and a modern bathroom with a private sauna on the ground. You can warm yourselves in the sauna after a long walk along the beach. This is a dream destination in any season. The Süssauer Beach is a long, natural beach, where you can mostly spot dogs running around freely. This beach stands in the wonderful weather zone called East Holstein near the Island of Fehmarn. Children have a lot of space to run around and play and the guests also have a huge playground behind the bank (dam).The Süssauer Beach offers unique trout fishing routes for anglers. There is also a fish fileting space and freezer facilities on the property which are shared by the guests. On days when the weather is not so pleasant, the area has several attractions that are worth a visit. Some of them are, Großenbrode, the Baltic Sea Spa Resort, the Lake District of Schleswig-Holstein, the Hansa Park in Sierksdorf and the Island of Fehmarn with a shark and marine centre, a donkey park and the Noah’s Ark. Also, Denmark is located close by. Well maintained cycling trails lead through the wonderful countryside of Schleswig-Holstein. Bicycle rentals are available in the house. The home offers ideal conditions for a versatile beach holiday! Since 2016, free wireless internet is available here. Usage is 2 GB per week, per booking and a maximum of 3 devices can be connected.
