Numerous shops and restaurants are within walking distance. A typical small Austrian restaurant with magnificent Austrian wines is adjacent to the property. Even for trips to Salzburger Land the apartment is the ideal starting point. In about 15 minutes by bus or car you can visit the wonderful lakes around Salzburg or the spas in the adjacent Berchtesgardner country (Germany / Bavaria), even famous ski resorts can be reached in just half an hour.
