The elegant, fully equipped apartment offers 50m2 on a double room for 2 persons (+ max. 2 additional persons, hotel sofa). The exclusive bathroom has a shower, toilet, urinal and hairdryer. The great room concept living / dining room invites not only because of the large flat screen TV, stereo system, DVD & Blu Ray player to relax and get-togethers. Lustful cooking offers superbly equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machines incl. Starter capsules. Even our little ones we have thought. The baby package with baby cot, high chair and bottle warmer is available for free in the apartment.
On the teilbegrünten roof terrace where you can relax and enjoy the view of the “monk mountain”, the “Rain Mountain” and the villas of the district Riedenburg. The rooftop terrace offers with its comfortable lounge furniture and sun loungers are the perfect place to relax. In the evening you can enjoy the end of the day there thanks romantic lighting.
We are a “self-check-in” apartment. There is no reception on site. Please note that it is absolutely necessary upon arrival to have sent from us Door Pin Code (obtaining the code about 2 weeks prior to arrival) with you. This code replaces the key and open your apartment during your stay!
All necessary registration formalities are available for you in the apartment. Please fill this out in its own interest.
The housekeeper is the hour since, otherwise it is only in urgent cases by telephone.
We are a non-smoking apartment, accordingly, we ask that you only on the balcony / terrace to smoke.
PLEASE NOTE that there are additional costs for final cleaning of € 45 / stay and it COST OF TAX OF € 1.55 per adult / NIGHT THERE !!
Your four-legged pets are welcome (max 2 per rental unit.) -only Available on request (€ 20, – / 4 legs / night).
Pets and extra cleaning (incl. Bed linen and towels) only available on request!
All information you need during your stay (parking, wifi code, etc) can be found in their apartment on the white magnetic board.
