Our family-run house is located in a sunny, central location at the foot of the Leogang Steinberge. The apartment is modernly equipped with a large cozy kitchen (large dining area) and 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets. On request 3. Bedroom with shower / WC zubuchbar. The apartment can also be rented by 2 people. A large east and south-facing balcony and a beautifully landscaped garden invite you to relax. The ski bus stop, the water park, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. For our little guests swing, slide, trampoline, sandpit and playground are available. In winter, you do not need a car to get into the ski circus: you take the free ski bus (every 15 minutes) – stop 150 meters from the house – to the Steinbergbahn or to the Asitz lifts and can ski directly to the house via the ski route. In summer we are an ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides. The adventure pool is within walking distance from us. The Bikeworld Leogang, the largest bike mecca in the Alps is only 2 km away.
