This detached chalet is located directly behind the charming Leogang with a beautiful view of the Leogang Steinbirge. You have the chalet all to yourself – privacy is guaranteed. The village ski piste, called Schanteilift, is only three hundred metres away. It is open several evenings as well and you can practically ski back to the chalet. The Saalbach Hinterglemm ski area can be reached in only five minutes driving. The ski bus leaves from the village, to which you can also practically ski. The huge, very well-prepared cross country trails begin close to the chalet and go to Hochfilzen, Zell am See or Maria Alm. From this house you also have an enormous selection of options for hiking. A wintertime tip: have great fun tobogganing on the luge run. The garden is for communal use and is wonderfully planted. The owner’s private garage is located under the chalet.
