Cancellation and early termination
1) Cancel the tenant the contract before the rental date are (only payable as compensation after deducting the expenses saved the following prorated rent for the final cleaning) unless another lessee is not possible: Termination
– Until 49 days before arrival: 10% of rental
– Until 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental
– To 21 days before arrival: 60% of rental
– Until 14 days before arrival: 90% of rental
– Otherwise (less than 14 days before arrival) 100% of the rent
