Our stylishly built cottage with castle character can accommodate up to 10 people on 130 square meters. It consists of the original, newly built half-timbered house and a ground-level attached living area with “turrets”. The first floor of the half-timbered house has a double bed and TV, in the basement a sofa bed for up to two people and a small bathroom with towel heater and small window. In the adjoining living area in the tower room are two single beds joined together, in the adjoining living room / bedroom a daybed convertible to a double bed and a sofa bed and TV and a children’s play area, adjoining a large daylight bathroom with bathtub and shower inside, and a fully equipped entrance to the entrance open kitchen with dining area and large extending table in a room with double sofa bed and TV in the center of the house.
The upper floor of the half-timbered house offers a sweeping view of the opposing field meadow and glorious sunsets. A huge, non-visible roof terrace with panoramic views invites you to relax and sunbathe. The garden offers opportunities for play (playhouse with slide, swing, sandpit with digester toys), sunbathe and relax and for cozy barbecues. There is also an outdoor sauna. The house is lovely, cozy and well furnished. On the property is ample parking 4 cars. Two electric gates provide security and make remote access easy. A carport provides garaging.
In the rain, TVs, board games, lots of toys, books and a DVD player make for a fun time.
The idyllic location close to the forest, the conservation area and a quiet residential area deceives about the real proximity to surrounding places like Warnemünde, Stralsund, Wismar, Güstrow, Waren / Müritz, Ribnitz / Damgarten, Rügen and Fischland / Darß.
