Our (children’s) friendly and ideally functional apartment has up to 13 beds (+ optional baby bed) and is characterized by its practical layout:
• Three quiet bedrooms
• A bright living room with sofa bed and balcony
• A fully equipped kitchen with dining area
• A spacious bathroom with shower, bath and washing machine
• A practical material room
All rooms adjoin a common hallway and allow our guests their own private retreat options through their own doors. Jackets and shoes must not be dumped in the living rooms, the wardrobe in the entrance area provides ample space. Modern technologies (WLAN, Blueray, etc.), free parking outside the front door and lots of extras – especially for children – complete the offer.
The central location in the city of Trier can be found within walking distance of everything vacationer’s heart desires: pedestrian zone, shopping malls, restaurants, main railway station, recreation park, playgrounds etc.

The bedrooms:
All bedrooms are fitted next to the beds, each with a table and chair, a clothes rack with hangers and closet or storage space for clothes and luggage, as well as a TV (flat screen TV, with cable) with installed DVD & Blueray player. Both the table and the beds are separate lights for free design of the lighting according to your wishes. In all bedrooms it is easily possible to set up at least the cot or a folding bed in addition, depending on your requirements, the space is enough for more. In addition, the tables can be cleared away to make room or the living room can be used as an alternative for the extra beds.
Bedroom 1:
It is equipped with a double bed, two bedside tables and adjoining large closet with sliding doors. One half of the cabinet is empty and has plenty of space for clothes and luggage. In the other half, bed linen and terry towels are changed, as well as the optional cot and two adult beds.
Bedroom 2:
The largest of the three bedrooms has three fixed sleeps: two in a bunk bed and a bed on the bottom, which in can not claim to use no space left under the bunk bed. In addition, a sofa bed with 2 comfortable beds. Through an elegant sliding door you can switch between clothes rack and television set – as you please. There remains a lot of free space, which can be used at will. Our children decide each to play on it extensively.
Bedroom 3:
Here you will find an American box-spring bed for two people, which is perfectly complemented by a bedside table and an empty dresser. Again, you have the option between clothes rack and TV switch by sliding door.
The living room:
For social gathering invite the bright living room and from there accessible balcony with ample seating. An extensible table allows up to 10 people together to eat, games, crafts u. V. M. The living wall provides plenty of storage space for your own objects and integrates a large flat-screen TV with cable, ready to operate DVD & Blueray player, a stereo system and a selection of entertainment for children and adults (games, books, DVD, pens & paper etc. ). If necessary, the sofa can be converted into two additional beds with a few simple steps.
The kitchen:
Opposite the living room is the kitchen with everything it needs for self-catering. Another extendable table with bench and chairs and free shelf space and cupboards for your purchases complete the kitchen equipment. For the preparation of food, a hob with four plates, an oven and microwave are available. In the fridge it has an integrated freezer and your washing is done by the dishwasher. All necessary accessories are also available, as well as a coffee machine (Tassimo), a filter coffee pot, kettle, toaster and much more. For children we have colorful plastic plates and cutlery at hand.
The bathroom:
Of course, a toilet is of course available, as well as sink with mirror cabinets and integrated sockets. Combined with a bath shower reflects the varying needs of our guests, also there are lots of free space for numerous personal items and hanging possibilities for bath towels. Even a washing machine stands for in case no extra charge. As the windows are heard is provided with opaque frosted glass.
The material room:
A vacuum cleaner and other cleaning material, various useful things (eg. Tools, flashlights etc.), drying rack, iron and substitute such. B. Light bulbs and batteries. The optional infant equipment is waiting here for their use: Two high chairs for toddlers (no slipping out thanks to temple), baby bath, mattresses, pillows and blankets for the baby bed and matching covers. The cot itself is stored in the bedroom 1.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with no through traffic in the 3rd Floor. You can park your car for free along the very quiet street in front of the house. On request, an underground parking space is also available.
In the immediate vicinity is:
• A versatile playground front of the house, fenced with hedges and various seating
• Various shops, z. B. REWE, Lidl, Aldi, dm Drugstore, E neukauf
• Several restaurants, eg. As the coachman or the External
