It is ideal for hiking holidays, families and people who prefer an individually furnished house with character a star hotel and offers on 150 sqm + 25 sqm terrace enough space for free development. It has 2 floors, 4 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom on each floor and a washing machine. The large roof terrace with wonderful views of the vineyards is equipped with lounge chairs. In addition, “Paula’s break” has a closed courtyard for safe parking of bicycles including a small repair corner. The apartment is located on the second and third floor of the house and is unfortunately not suitable for disabled people due to the stairs. The equipment of the floors in detail:

Kitchen: Functional and well equipped, 80s rustic oak, with electric stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, coffee machine, toaster, blender for smoothies, all pots and other cooking utensils, oval dining table, direct access to the terrace
Bathroom 2: sink, toilet, mirror, shower toilet, 80s charm.
!!Please read carefully !! Unfortunately, as the water pipe has received some endings and twists over the decades, it takes a long time to get hot shower water after turning it on. Do not give up and just wait a minute – it will be warm / hot 🙂 The whole thing is not problematic at all, but I would like to mention it explicitly, because it is already a peculiarity of the house. A washing machine for use is located in the bathroom 2.
Bedroom 3: double bed, 1.80 x 2.00 meters, wardrobe, small but nice couch, TV, small balcony with 2 chairs + table
Bedroom 4 – Attention, cottage feeling: 2 bunk beds with 2 each 90 x 2.00 mattresses, the room is not nice and intended only for larger groups need more beds – but the mattresses and beds are new and comfortable , the room functional. Pets are not allowed. For cycling groups has “Paula’s break” a closed courtyard with storage and a small repair corner, if the chain squeaks 🙂

We are well and gladly available by mail or phone. We live and live in the back house, and therefore sometimes also there in person and enjoy our free time.

Living things leave traces! 3 cute cats (the two tomcat Neo & Kabi, as well as the colorful cat Lucy) live and enjoy the house with us. In the holiday season, of course, they are not in the apartment, but the three leave in the winter months, some scratches in the house, you can see. Unfortunately, “Paula’s time out” is not suitable for people with cat allergy or “allergy” to cat tracks.
