In the Feriendorf Pünderich, with its great Moselpromenade, lies the house “Paulas Auszeit”, a 150 square meter apartment over two floors in a half – timbered house with a new annex, that carefully modernized and partly furnished with Indian and oriental furniture and accessories, with pictures and other art objects, and was furnished with great attention to detail. It is ideal for hiking holidays, families and people who prefer an individually furnished house with character to a star hotel and offers enough space for free development on 150 sqm + 25 sqm terrace. It has 2 floors with 4 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with dining area, as well as a bathroom on each floor and a washing machine. The large roof terrace with a wonderful view of the vineyards is equipped with lounge chairs. In addition “Paulas Auszeit” has a closed inner courtyard for the safe parking of the bicycles including a small repair corner. The apartment is located on the second and third floor of the house and is unfortunately not suitable due to some steps for disabled people. The equipment of the floors in detail: 3. Floor: Bedroom 1: double bed 1.80 x 2.00, big chest of drawers with TV and place for clothes, clothes rack. Bedroom 2: double bed 1.60 x 2.00, oriental, indian furnishings, with small chest of drawers. A wooden wardrobe is in front of your rooms in the upper floor. Bathroom: shower and WC, spacious, with 2 sinks. Second Floor: living room: large couch, various accessories, TV and cable TV + DVD player, large library + DVD collection, with direct access to the terrace. Kitchen: Functional and well equipped, 80s oak rustic, with electric stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, coffee pad machine, toaster, blender for smoothies, all pots and other cooking utensils, oval dining table, direct access to the terrace Bathroom 2: Wash-basin, toilet, mirror, shower-WC, 80s charm: Please read here! Since the water pipes have got some endings and twists in the course of the decades, it unfortunately takes a long time to get hot water. Do not give up and just wait – it will be warm / hot 🙂 The whole is not at all problematic, but I would like to mention it explicitly, because it is already a characteristic of the house. A washing machine is for use in the bathroom 2. Bedroom 3: double bed, 1.80 x 2.00 meter, wardrobe, small but nice couch, TV, small balcony with 2 chairs + table bedroom 4 – bedding, huttenfeeling: 2 bunk beds with 2 each 90 x 2,00 Mattresses, the room is not nice and actually only meant, if larger groups need more beds – but the mattresses and beds are new and comfortable, the room functional. Pets are not allowed. For bike groups “Paulas Auszeit” has a closed inner courtyard with storage facilities and a small repair corner, if the chain squeaks 🙂
Living beings leave traces! Live with us and enjoy 3 cute cats (the two hangovers Neo & Kabi, as well as the colorful cat Lucy) the house. In the holiday season, of course, they are not in the apartment, but the three leave a few scratches in the house during the winter months. For people with cat allergy or “allergy” against cat tracks is “Paulas Auszeit” unfortunately not suitable.
We are good and glad to reach by mail or telephone. We live, work and live in the lower part of the house and garden, are mostly also there personally and enjoy life on the Moselle.
In the immediate neighborhood is on the right hand the small Pündericher car house (should your car have suffered on arrival, so you can let it refresh), and left a dwelling house with a family
The Tourist Information Pünderich is located directly at the parking lot of “Paulas Auszeit”, about 100 meters from the house. The nearest bus stop is about 80 meters from the house.
