Property Description
Our massively built and detached house was completed in May 2012. Most work was carried out by ourselves. On 50 m² living space an open living room with kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen area with its separate dining area is equipped with everything needed for a self-catering.
To slouch a cozy sitting area with couch and armchair, dreaming, reading or watching TV, can be a relaxing self rainy days. Our light-filled ‘lütt hus’ is a maritime theme. In addition to the bedroom, this entices with romantic, rosy note.
The north side is completely glazed and therefore offers a dreamlike view to the bay and on forest, wildlife and meadow. As can be observed up close the deer and hares.
The interior is designed with great attention to detail. Thus we have z. B. specifically incorporated getöpferte decorative tiles and even collected fossils in the bathroom, hand-painted tiles used in the kitchen and linen fabrics. Natural materials were important to us. As wood, Lehmstreichputze, clay paints and beeswax stain were used. On the covered, cozy terrace has wooden furniture and sun loungers to relax and let gorgeous sunsets on the bay to the enjoyment to be. On cool evenings warm cuddly blanket for the necessary heat.
Facilities include underfloor heating, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, LED TV, music system, DVD player and internet access.

On our travels we have experienced so many spartan accommodation and surprise. 🙂 When we decided to build our house, we set ourselves the goal of building our house so and to shape how we want it to go on vacation. A place to relax and to enjoy, whatever the weather! Experience during the day Beautiful go and then look forward to the wellness oasis. In the evening enjoy a glass of wine and candlelight fantastic sunsets from the covered terrace, eating out or alternatively cook something beautiful self. Enjoy a great view. Outdoors or indoors breakfast … Simple easy and carefree living that now, enjoy the holidays and forget everything around you.
We believe that we have succeeded to have met with passion and our attention to detail, all these claims and intentions. We want our guests, family and friends in our ‘lütt hus’ relax and feel comfortable. We hope also that all this house ‘use’ as passionate!
