Property Description
Our small, privately owned 2 room holiday house (about 40 sqm) is located in Pruchten, a small village on the south side of the Bodden coast. The bright, tastefully furnished rooms are facing west, were completely renovated and lovingly furnished for you in autumn 2014. The adjacent terrace invites you to sunbathing and evening grilling. A car parking space is available on the property.
The apartment is equipped with a central heating system and can be used all year round. A free WLAN connection is also available.
The village is located on the edge of the national park Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft, In about 5 km distance are probably the best sandy beaches of the Baltic Sea on the peninsula Fischland-Darß-Zingst. The Baltic Sea baths Zingst and Prerow can also be reached by bicycle from here. The cycle path leads directly past the property.
