Our pleasant and comfortable holiday apartments (last renovated in November 2016) are centrally located, yet in quiet surroundings, in the heart of Potsdam. The apartments are situated on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the three-storey historically protected building, directly on Brandenburger Strasse, the main shopping promenade in the center of Potsdam. Due to the completed restoration of the building at the end of 2011, all 4 apartments are equipped with modern and attractive amenities in all areas. The holiday apartments are accessed via the building entrance with a fairly large hallway on the ground floor, where there is enough room to leave a bicycle. The 2nd floor has a large terrace, which is only available to and accessible by guests using apartments 1 and/or 2. There are various bars, restaurants, cafés, boutiques and places of interest/tourist attractions in the direct vicinity. The „Dutch Quarter“ is only 2 minutes away by foot; the castle and park Sanssouci can be reached within a 10-minute walk.
Apartment 1 Amenities: – a bedroom (1,80 x 2,00 m sized bed with a 25 cm thick boxspring mattress for the most comfortable sleep) with a closet/wardrobe – a separate living room (incl. a fold-out sleeper sofa with an high-quality 1,60 x 2,00 m sized mattress, room for 2 persons) – a fully equipped kitchen (incl. refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, …) with access to the terrace (shared terrace with apartment 2) – a bathroom (incl. shower & hair-dryer) – a set of bed linens & towels per person, incl. in price – free wifi/wireless internet
