We rent our bright, beautiful 3 room apartment, one bedroom with double bed (1,80) and wardrobe, large living room with large XXL couch (to pull out for 2) with TV and small couch corner (pull out) with fireplace. The apartment offers a fitted kitchen with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster and microwelle, table (pull-out) with 6 chairs. Large children’s room with 3beds (and an extra bed – it could sleep two adults in it). The bathroom has windows, hair dryer and two bath showers in seats and a washing machine. The apartment is located in Babelsberg-ca. 10min to the Griebnitzsee, 2min to the bus stop and 3min to the streetcar stop to Potsdam and 10-15min to the S-Bahnhof Griebnitzsee, from there to Potsdam or to Berlin. Shops as well as resturants, ice cream parlor, playgrounds are accessible in about 15 minutes. Bikes and canoes can be rented at nearby S Train Station. In the immediate vicinity are unique, old villas district Neubabelsberg, the Babelsberg Filmstudios as well as Griebnitzsee and Parforceheide, a forest, Glienicker bridge, Wannsee and Park Babelsberg are not far, as well as cinema and theater. The prices quoted are for two persons and each additional person 15 euros per night, children up to 3 years free.
