We rent our bright, beautiful 3-room attic apartment with open, old roof beams, large living-dining area and two bedrooms – everywhere with oiled oak wood floors.
One bedroom with double bed (1.60m) and wardrobe, the other with a sofa bed (1.40 m), bed (1.10m), desk and dresser. In the large room there is a cozy lounge area with sofa bed, cable TV, dining table and kitchen.
The apartment offers a brand fitted kitchen with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, toaster.
The bathroom has window, hair dryer and bathtub (shower in a sitting position). Washing machine shared by arrangement possible.
The special charm of the apartment make the old elements and the many skylights. From every window you can enjoy a view of the countryside, on big trees, the most beautiful from the living room sofa directly in our huge old copper beech.
The apartment is located in a beautiful 30s-house in the popular district Babelsberg Nord, where we – a family of four – even life itself.
The location: 5 minute walk to Griebnitzsee, 2 minutes to the bus station, a good 10 minutes to the tram and S-Bahn station-Griebnitzsee (S7 or Regional Express towards Potsdam and Berlin). From there it takes 30 minutes to the Berlin central station, 10 min to Potsdamer central station. Dutch Quarter by tram 15 min. Ice cream parlor, restaurants, playgrounds, shopping are within walking distance 5-10 minutes.
The nearby S-Bahn station Griebnitzsee wheels and canoes can be rented. Are the unique, old uptown Neubabelsberg, the Babelsberg film studios and Griebnitzsee and Parforceheide, a forest, which is ideal for extensive jogging and cycling in the immediate vicinity. Glienicke Bridge, Wannsee and Babelsberg Park are not far.
The prices are for 2 persons, each additional 12 Euro per night, children free to three years.
